Comprehensive insurance

Our Toyota Raize units are insured with comprehensive type of insurance covering damages on rented car, third party liability (maximum coverage 50.000.000 IDR), natural disasters, theft, vandalism and terrorism. Basic excess (deductible) fee is 300.000 IDR per event / collission / damage. Loss of use fee applies if the car is damaged harder and requires immediate fix, thus can’t be operated / rented out. Loss of use fee is at daily rental fee for everyday the car is waiting till get fixed. 

Zero liability coverage also known as full insurance or collission damage waiver (CDW)

Covers potential collission fees such as excess fee and loss of use fee. Available at 180.000 IDR (12$) per day. 

Drivers licence valid in Indonesia

Every client renting car in Indonesia must have one of following to be legally eligible to drive motor vehicle

• Indonesian SIM A
• International driving permit based on 1968 Vienna convention
• ASEAN member issued drivers licence, given it is in english language
