Rental policies and FAQs

  1. Fill the search form and choose your car
  • No deposit nor prepayments are required. Rental fee is always paid (cash or card) when you receive the key.

  • We deliver our cars to most locations and Ngurah Rai Denpasar airport in south of Bali without additional fees.

     2. Once reservation is made, we will contact you back by email as soon as possible to confirm the availability. If the car is still available, we will request following additional details
  • Valid drivers licence (International drivers permit or ASEAN issued drivers licence or indonesian SIM)

  • Flight details (if pick up or return is on the airport, meet and greet service) or your hotel’s name and adddress for delivery.

  • Please mind that this process is neccessary in order to confirm your booking.

     3. After the previous steps are completed, you will receive BOOKING CONFIRMATION email with your rental details, rules and insurance policies.

*Please note that last minute reservations will still need an email confirmation upon cars delivery. Last minute reservations might get cancelled due to full schedule. 

All rates include car hire rate with selected type of insurance, unlimited mileage, free pickup and drop off on airport or at your hotel [south Bali only], card processing fee and VAT. 

We deliver booked rental cars to the Ngurah Rai international airport or to your hotel around south of Bali without any additional fee. 

We do not serve walk-in rentals without prior confirmed  booking.

 

Hotel delivery will be served free of charge around south of Bali and only if our colleagues still have available schedule. 

 

The airport pick up is in form Meet and greet (we don’t have office on the airport). Meeting point is near Circle K, right ourside the international arrivals hall, near car pick up zone. Google maps with street view (PICK UP)

 

The airport return meeting point is near international departures drop off zone. It is the very first left turn after you enter airport premises that leads you to upper floor. Google maps with street view (RETURN)

Payment is done always only when you receive the car. You can pay in cash or by card. 

Standard insurance covers damages on rented car, third party liability, natural disasters, car theft and vandalism. 

  • Excess fee is 500.000 IDR (approx. 35 USD) per collission. 
  • Loss of use fee will apply if the car damage requires immediate service, thus car can’t be operated / rented out. Loss of use fee applies at daily rental fee for every day car can’t be operated due to damage. Maximum loss of use fee is 7.500.000 IDR (approx. 500 USD).
  • Third party liability maximum coverage 10.000.000 IDR (approx. 650 USD), applies for medical purpose only. Requires police and hospital report. 

 

Premium insurance is a comprehensive commercial insurance that covers damages made on car, third party liability, natural disasters, car theft and vandalism.

  • Excess fee is 300.000 IDR (approx. 20 USD) per collission. 
  • Loss of use fee will apply if the car damage requires immediate service, thus car can’t be operated / rented out. Loss of use fee applies at daily rental fee for every day car can’t be operated due to damage. Maximum loss of use fee is 7.500.000 IDR (approx. 500 USD). 
  • Third party liability maximum coverage 50.000.000 IDR (approx. 3.250 USD). Requires police report and report from selected car service or hospital report. 

 

Zero liability / full coverage option / collission damage waiver erases potential deductible and loss of use fees in case of collission. This option is available with certain standard insurance cars and with all premium insurance cars. 

  • The third party max. coverage limits stay unchanged (standard insurance with maximum coverage 10.000.000 IDR for medical purpose only or premium insurance with maximum coverage 50.000.000 IDR).

 

*Please mind that standard insurance is not upgradable into premium insurance. 

  • One rental day means 24 hours of car hire.
  • The minimum rental period is 3 days.

Same to same – return the car with the same or simmilar level of fuel (standard insurance cars)

Full to full – just fill up the tank right before you return the car. Please mind that we will top up the fuel tank near our garage, thus cars delivered to remote areas will have slightly “less than full” fuel in tank (premium insurance cars).

Full to empty – receive full, return the car with [almost] empty fuel. On request only. 

How long does it take to get the booking confirmed?

Apart from online bookings we also do live bookings on phone, WhatsApp, email. Most of our cars are usually fully used. To determine the last minute booking or offer similar car might take up to one hour during the business hours. We are trying to avoid over booking.
