Rental policies and FAQs
Fill the search form and choose your car. No deposit nor prepayments are required. We deliver our cars to most locations and Ngurah Rai Denpasar airport in south of Bali without additional fees. Once reservation is made, we will contact you back by email as soon as possible to confirm your booking and verify your valid driver licence and set the pick up / drop off location.
Please mind this process is neccessary in order to confirm your booking.
Please note that last minute reservations will still need an email confirmation upon cars delivery.
No hidden fees, all is included
All rates include car hire with selected type of insurance, unlimited mileage, free pickup and drop off on airport or at your hotel [south Bali only]. and VAT.
Pay always when you pick up the car only. You can pay in cash or by card. We prefer WhatsApp chat for communication between our clients and driver delivering the car.
Standard insurance covers damages on rented car. Third party liability is set to max. coverage limit 10.000.000 IDR [approx. 650$] for medical coverage of third parties involved in collission. In case of collission, the insurance deductible fee is 500.000 IDR [approx. 32$]. In case of bigger collission, the loss of use fee applies if car cant be safely operated / rented and must wait to get fixed. The loss of use fee is 100% of daily rental fee for everyday the car cant be operated. Maximal loss of use fee combined with deductible is 7.500.000 IDR [approx. 500$], this fee can be erased with additional zero liability insurance below.

In case of collission, the insurance deductible fee is 500.000 IDR [32$]. In case of bigger collission, the loss of use fee applies if car cant be safely operated / rented and must wait to get fixed. The loss of use fee is 100% of daily rental fee for everyday the car cant be operated. Maximal loss of use fee combined with deductible is 7.500.000 IDR [approx. 500$], this fee can be erased with additional zero liability insurance below.
Zero liability / full coverage insurance erases potential deductible and loss of use fees in case of collission. The third party max. coverage limits stay the same.
One rental day means 24 hours of car hire. The minimum rental period is 3 days.
Same to same – return the car with the same or simmilar level of fuel
Full to full – just fill up the tank right before you return the car
Full to empty – return the car with [almost] empty fuel
How long does it take to get the booking confirmed?
We normally take up to 12 hours to reply to your reservation request. Once all requested data is collected, your reservation becomes automatically confirmed.
